1. Overview
By accessing ToyIsekai and/or purchasing Products, you engage in our “Service” and agree to these binding Terms and Conditions (“Terms“), including linked policies. These Terms apply to all users (browsers, customers, vendors, etc.).

Read these Terms carefully. Accessing any part of ToyIsekai constitutes agreement. If you disagree, you may not use the Service. New features added to ToyIsekai are subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Online Store Terms
By agreeing, you represent that you are:

  • At least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, OR
  • The age of majority and consenting to minor dependents’ use.
    You may not use Products illegally or violate laws (including copyright). Transmitting destructive code is prohibited. Violations result in immediate Service termination.

3. General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Your non-financial content may be transferred unencrypted across networks; credit card data is always encrypted. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any Service component without our written permission. Section headings are for convenience only.

4. Accuracy of Information
Product prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify/discontinue the Service (or any part) at any time without liability.

5. Products/Services

  • Certain Products are exclusively online with limited quantities.
  • Return/exchange governed by our Return Policy.
  • Product colors/images may vary from monitor displays.
  • We reserve the right to limit sales/quantities by person/region.
  • Descriptions/pricing subject to change without notice.
  • Product discontinuation may occur at any time.
  • We do not warrant that Products will meet expectations or that Service errors will be corrected.

7. Price & Payment

  • Prices are listed in USD at time of order.
  • Credit card transactions processed in USD (converted by payment provider).
  • Valid payment details required at checkout.
  • We implement security measures but aren’t liable for unauthorized access.
  • Customers are responsible for customs legality/taxes/duties. We do not declare items as “gifts” or undervalue shipments.

8. Optional Tools
Third-party tools accessible via ToyIsekai are provided “as-is” without endorsement. Use at your own risk. New tools/features are subject to these Terms.

9. Third-Party Links
We aren’t liable for third-party content/websites linked on ToyIsekai. Complaints about third-party products must be directed to those providers.

10. User Submissions
Unsolicited ideas/comments sent to us become our property. We may publish/edit them without compensation or obligation. You warrant submissions don’t violate third-party rights or contain illegal/malicious content.

11. Personal Information
Governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Errors & Omissions
We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies (pricing, descriptions, etc.) and cancel orders arising from such errors. We don’t guarantee information accuracy or update timelines. Data security isn’t 100% guaranteed.

13. Prohibited Uses
You may not use ToyIsekai to:

  • Conduct illegal activities or violate laws.
  • Infringe intellectual property rights.
  • Harass, discriminate, or submit false information.
  • Transmit malware or disrupt Service functionality.
  • Mine data or spam.
    Violations result in Service termination.

14. Disclaimer & Liability

  • Service access isn’t guaranteed uninterrupted/error-free.
  • Results from Service use aren’t warranted as reliable.
  • Service may be suspended/canceled without notice.
  • Products/Services provided “AS IS” without warranties.
  • SDRTS JAPAN isn’t liable for indirect/direct damages (lost profits, data loss, etc.) arising from Service use. Liability limited where permitted by law.

15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify SDRTS JAPAN against claims from third parties arising from your breach of these Terms.

16. Severability
If any Term provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains valid.

17. Termination
Obligations incurred pre-termination survive termination. We may terminate your access for violations; you remain liable for due amounts.

18. Entire Agreement
These Terms (+ linked policies) constitute the full agreement between you and SDRTS JAPAN, superseding prior communications.

19. Governing Law
Governed by Japanese law. Parties submit to exclusive jurisdiction of Japanese courts.

20. Changes to Terms
Current Terms always available [here]. We may update Terms at any time; continued use post-update constitutes acceptance.
