- Processing: Orders are processed and shipped only on regular business days (Monday-Friday, excluding Japanese holidays). Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for order processing before shipment. If an item has a longer lead time, it will be noted in its description.
- Delivery Estimates: All delivery times/dates mentioned are estimates only. Typical shipping time after dispatch is 7-10 business days.
- Customs Responsibility (CRITICAL): Customs laws and regulations vary significantly by country. You are responsible for:

ToyIsekai ships internationally using:
- FedEx International Priority (IP): Tracking & Insurance included. Average Delivery: 2-3 business days.
- EMS (Express Mail Service): Tracking & Insurance included. Average Delivery:
- European Countries: 2-4 business days
- USA & Canada: 3-4 business days
- Other Regions: Please check the Japan Post EMS Website (English) for estimates.
- Transparency: Our shipping costs reflect the carrier rates. You can verify rates on the Japan Post website if needed.
DISCREET SHIPPING – YOUR PORTAL TO PRIVACY
We understand discretion is paramount. All ToyIsekai orders are shipped:
- In plain, unmarked brown boxes or standard carrier packaging.
- No company name, logo, or product description on the outer packaging.
- International customs declarations list the contents as “Hobby Kit,” “Figures,” or “Toy.”
PACKAGING REMOVAL – FREE SERVICE
For ultimate discretion, request free packaging removal at checkout:
- Add your items to the cart.
- In the “Order Comments” section during checkout, clearly state: “Please remove product packaging for discretion.”
- IMPORTANT: Items shipped with packaging removed CANNOT BE RETURNED or exchanged.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Expedited Orders: Require a valid street address and phone number for delivery coordination.
- Import Fees: All import duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage, or customs clearance fees are the customer’s responsibility. ToyIsekai cannot estimate these costs or mark items as “Gifts” or alter declared values.
- Processing Time: International orders may require 3-5+ additional business days for processing (e.g., consolidating items).
- Insurance: If offered and declined, ToyIsekai cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

- Shipping Method Availability: Certain methods may be unavailable to specific countries due to Japan Post restrictions or package size/weight.
- Damaged Packages:Inspect your package upon delivery! If there is noticeable external damage:
- Report it immediately to the delivery personnel or at the post office before accepting it.
- File a claim with the carrier on the spot. Claims are generally void once the package is accepted and taken home.
- Carrier Responsibility: ToyIsekai’s responsibility ends once the carrier picks up the package from our warehouse. While we offer support and will assist with carrier inquiries (contact us at support@edcultra.com), we cannot be held liable for issues occurring during transit.
