Refund and Returns Policy

1. CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Every ToyIsekai product undergoes rigorous quality inspection before shipment. If your item arrives damaged or defective, notify us immediately:

  • Email support@edcultra.com with photos/videos of the issue.
  • Attach your order number for swift resolution.

Response Times:

  • Weekdays: ≤ 24 hours
  • Weekends/holidays: ≤ 48 hours

2. ORDER CANCELLATION

All orders are final once payment is processed.

  • Partial/unpaid orders: Cancellation possible only with a valid reason (contact support).
  • Paid orders: Non-refundable and non-cancellable.

3. RETURNS

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Eligibility

You may return items within 7 calendar days of delivery if:

  • Item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Hygiene seals are intact and untampered.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt/order number) is provided.

Exclusions:

  • Opened/used items (unless defective).
  • Love aids, creams, latex, or underwear (non-returnable unless faulty).

Return Process

  1. Contact us first: Email support@edcultra.com for authorization.
  2. Ship securely: Use traceable mail with a certificate of posting.
  3. Inspection: Allow ≤ 28 days for processing after we receive the item.

Important:

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility and non-refundable.
  • Refunds (if approved) deduct return shipping fees.

4. REFUNDS

Refunds are issued only for:

  1. Wrong items shipped by ToyIsekai.
  2. Defective products (verified via provided evidence).

Refund Details

  • Issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing time depends on your bank/card issuer (typically 5–10 business days).
  • Sale/discounted items are non-refundable.

  2. Contact your payment provider.
